ISH 2009 - The Gold Standard at Jorger

We saw lots of different finishes, metals and applications on faucets at ISH 2009. Jorger was celebrating their fourth-generation, family owned history with an extensive collection of new products. A selection of gold finishes in antiqued, brushed and high shine finishes were traditional, yet created with a different twist, which we found intriguing at their booth. Bathtub Design at ISH 2009 - Aqua Mass

It's our first day here in Frankfurt at the ISH 2009 show and, all jet lag aside, we wanted to share some highlights of our first day. Our visit to Aqua Mass revealed all sorts of fun, designer bath tubs. Elegant metallic finishes, tonal screen printing on leather, tactile skin patterns and bright stripes caught our eye. The $19K faceted bathtub adorned with Swarovski crystals was causing crowds to gather in the aisle!

The Bathroom in the Mirror - Toscoquattro

In the Alice Collection by Toscoquattro the mirror becomes the key design statement for the bathroom concept. Each element integral to the bath is connected to the mirror in this design and the functional pieces were created to be modular. The water collection tap area and shelf has a removable top and includes a vase for a personal touch. The shelves have built-in LED lights to brighten the space along with the spotlights that shine down from the top of the structure. The curved corner sink and built in storage round out the design to make this a complete bathroom in a mirror.

Technology for a Sensory Experience
