Eat Local Challenge - Back for 2008
We posted on this concept last year, and it's back for another summer. One Local Summer is an interesting concept geared toward supporting the local economy that asks each participant to make one all-local meal per week. The unique feature is the weekly post each participant features on their blog showing their meal and their ingredients (which makes for a tasty recipe collection if you ask me!).
