"Follow the Line" - a contest searching for doors that put a contemporary twist on a traditional design or draw from contemporary inspiration. Contestants may be inspired by the past, present or future, as long as the design is a functioning door that could be installed in a home today. Deadline for this year's contest - February 29, 2008
2007 Winners:
Anna McCorvey was influences by Belgian architect Victor Horta when she designed her winning radius top door with asymmetrical transom.
Nathan Williams looked to Frank Lloyd Wright to inspire his door with individual panels that allow the homeowner to let light and air circulate into the home.
