From Buenos Aires to Paris!

We are wrapping up our coverage of our trip to Argentina & Casa Foa today... but not to worry! Next up are some fabulous posts of our great, if somewhat rainy, trip to Paris to see the Christmas Markets and their amazing department stores at the holidays.

But for now, here are some great final shots of stores in Palermo, Buenos Aires with innovative construction and design for the exteriors of their stores. When you pass them by on the street you can't but help to look twice and go inside. The use of natural elements, such as ivy or twine seems to be a popular theme in the city, while eye catching signs, colors and doors like the cool Levi Strauss front door made of enlarged buttons are also all the rage.

The Power of Attraction - Wallpaper

Yesterday's post commented that the ceiling was becoming the new wall... Well, just to prove that the wall is still a hot spot for decor we found this!
Extratapete is a German wallpaper company with unique atmospheric city borders. Four-meter long sections (approx. 15 ft.) are a continuous panoramic view of the city.
