Your Life in Technicolor

Ever wondered what life might look like it total technicolor? Here's a look at some unexpected, bright color influences on home and product design:
iB Rubinetterie wanders a long distance away from traditional stainless steel with their ultra-modern faucet, Balto. Designed to resemble the basic bottle of water, this unique fixture comes in a lush, softened finish in hues of bright bottle green, red coral and vivid blue.
Traditional woven furniture gets a bright update in one of our favorite colors - vibrant purple. The Nido woven chair from Paola Lenti looks nothing like a natural woven material when given a bright wash of color. If you really want to brighten things up, add an interesting spin on crochet with the eye-catching rug.
Every thought about brightening your basement storage? And we don't mean brightly colored plastic tubs either. We mean serious storage here. Check out the Pandora storage containers from Sander Mulder. The designs are meant to make use of the rapidly increasing amount of unused containers and shipping materials. The containers can be stacked and rotated and are available in endless color combinations to liven up your basement storage needs.
Who knew going green could be so colorful! Check out these great pieces found at a Salvation Army store that would give any corner of your home a color make-over. By taking existing furniture pieces and giving them a bright coat of paint, it can transform any room.
