Green Pop Up Retail

Josh Dorfman, author of The Lazy Environmentalist, and CEO of Vivavi, a green furnishings outlet, has opened a pop-up store inside the Riverhouse, which was among the first of the green luxury condos now cropping up throughout Manhattan. The residential complex features green roofs, onsite water filtration, solar power grids, air filtration and Low-VOC materials. The store is set up like a show house, with furniture from Team 7, RC Green and other eco-friendly designers on view seven days a week in a real apartment in the complex.
