Dubai is set to become the home of the most interesting and innovative building the world has seen yet. The Dynamic Tower is the first moving building, an 80-storey tower with revolving floors giving an ever-changing shape. Works are slated for commencement very soon.
The design by Italian David Fisher is made up of 80 pre-fabricated apartments which will spin independently of one another. The units, with prices ranging from $3.7m to $36m, will take between one and three hours to make a complete rotation. Fisher said, "This building never looks the same, not once in a lifetime.".
Until then, we can only imagine the breathtaking view...
