I have had a virus, a yucky nasty (insert curses and expletives here) Microsoft virus. As I know nothing about computers (Kim is the brains of the blog) I've sent my computer off to the tech and am waiting with baited breath for its return. I have been promised very soon. In the meantime I have no access to my bookmarks and we all know how horrendous that is. I've learnt the lesson of not only saving my images to the hard drive instead of Flickr (hey I'm lazy with my backup archiving!). I'm bereft of my Snagit which helps me pilfer all those Flash sites and the old heap of *#*@ computer I found at the back of the garage to use for the moment was, I'm sure, used by Noah to do his livestock spreadsheets on the ark. So ...... I'm holding off on WINKS until tomorrow my time or late Saturday for those on the other side of the world. For now I'm making one more call to the tech and hoping I don't have to reinstall too much when I get the thing back.
