The Portable Kitchen - Milan iSaloni

Dutch Designer Elmo Vermijs created the portable PeoplesKitchen aimed at bringing communities together through the act of cooking and eating food. The kitchen itself is a remarkable statement in sustainable design with its use of fruit crates for seats and a canopy of reclaimed woods. Elmo himself was present cooking organic and vegetarian fare for the crowds.
