When the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) - yes, those folks that pat you down, make you take off your shoes and confiscate your favorite shampoo - started their own blog yesterday, people took notice. According to their site, their blog aims "to facilitate an ongoing dialogue on innovations in security, technology and the checkpoint screening process". Yes, believe it or not, they want you to share your security checkpoint struggles, humorous stories and cranky experiences! In their first day they received over 700 comments from weary travelers...
