This is what happens...

... when you get a instinctive cook (i.e. not fussed on exact measurements) tries for the first time to make bread with a borrowed breadmaker machine.



I think I put in twice the amount of yeast. It's not supposed to rise till it cakes the lid of the machine and overflows. But all things considered my white choc bread turned out quite yummy!

To me, that is... (yes, ok, I know that breadmaking is a science.)
