Tour Toronto

so sunday we finally made it for the tour. the bus looks like a tram on the outside and inside it's filled with park benches. $36 per person for a week's use... Hannah travelled for free. we had a really funny tour guide :)

it was -16 degrees yesterday. veryt vert cold. we pulled on heavy duty winter socks and i pulled on my new winter boots (thank you darling) and still my feet were frozen! so we got hannah some baby uggboots :) so cute.

Toronto doesn't have much sightseeing other than shopping! wish the weather allowed for more meandering shopping. i love popping in and out of small shops selling everyhing!

but it does have a castle built in 1909 by Henry Palliard who was born poor, made millions and then died poor! had like $130 in his pocket when he died. couldn't pay the taxes or something. but the castle is in great condition exteriorally. we'll be seeing interior soon hopefully! would love for andrew to see it with me. other tourists say it's absolutely freezing in there and very drafty... being an old castle and all!

Clockwise from top: the castle, my first snow footsteps, pretty mansion, pretty house, interior of tourbus and tour guide and driver.
